What we need from you to proceed
- Final floor map — booth numbers, exact dimensions (13×8, 13×6, etc.), and the exact price per booth.
- Payment processor choice (we recommend Stripe) + merchant/bank details for payouts.
- Alert recipients — phone number(s) and a WhatsApp number for instant lead notifications.
- Booth / policy rules — what's allowed vs. declined (e.g., food like ice cream needing special setup).
- Real store photos — the site currently uses stock placeholder images; we need your actual store / booth photography for launch.
- Public business details — the store's phone number and opening hours for the site's contact section.
